The Consumer Duty, it’s big, it’s detailed, and it’s far reaching. It’s also due to be made rules at the end of July, with an implementation deadline of April 2023, so it’s fast too. At the PA360 conference we outlined the likely expectations from The Consumer Duty, what it means for businesses and how can we prepare for it. This session will revisit these themes, providing an update and also going into greater depth on how a practical working model could be applied to Distributors.
By the end of the session the delegates will be able to:
- Explain what the Consumer Duty is all about
- Identify the key areas within the Consumer Duty
-
Consider the practical application of The Consumer Duty within a Distributor's business model
