Steve serves as a Senior Strategist for GSAM’s Strategic Advisory Solutions Business Strategy team. He specializes in the delivery of practice management tools and services designed to improve financial advisors’ business efficiency and productivity.
Prior to joining the firm, Steve served as a Market Area Sales Manager and a Business Development Master Coach for the Eastern Region for UBS Wealth Management. He was instrumental in the design and delivery of coaching programs for top UBS Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, Branch Managers, and Senior Executives. His areas of focus include building effective teams, through vision development, delivery, goal-setting, implementation, client acquisition/ retention, accountability, and leadership.
Prior to UBS, Steven was responsible for Morgan Stanley's strategic initiatives within the High Net Worth area and was National Sales Director for Financial Planning. Steven also spent 10 years as a Senior Financial Advisor with American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise).
Steven graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, and holds the Certified Financial Planner® certificate.
