Caroline brings more than 20 years industry experience and joined Fidelity from Courtiers Investment Services Ltd, where she was Head of Asset Management. In this role, she was responsible for the management of over £900m AUM across Multi Asset and Equity-Income investment strategies, delivering considerable value versus peers. Caroline has significant experience in asset allocation and team-based decision-making processes, having delivered strong investment outcomes over her career so far. Based in London, she works closely with others on the team, taking a particular focus on sustainable and thematic investment solutions.
