Open to women in the UK financial services sector who have made a strong impact in a short space of time and are seen as most likely to progress further. There is no age limit and candidates can be graduates, non-graduates, trainees, managers or perhaps have entered financial services in recent years from a different sector. Nominees must have been working in UK financial services for fewer than three years on 1 January 2023.


Team Leader of the Year (small/medium firms)

Open to women in the UK financial services sector who head up a team and can demonstrate excellence in leadership, communication and vision. Small/medium company with fewer than 250 employees.


Team Leader of the Year (large firms)

Most Inspiring Returner

For women who, since 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023, have returned to work in the UK financial services sector, whether it be from a sabbatical, for health reasons, maternity leave or indeed anything else, and have acted as a role model to other women.


Marketing Influencer of the Year

Open to women in the UK financial services sector whose contribution via marketing and media, including social media, has helped influence and raise awareness of financial issues.


Contribution to Gender Diversity - Advisory

Open to advisory firms within the UK financial services sector who have implemented a project, initiative or wider changes in gender diversity within a business or the industry more broadly.
