As CCO and a board member, he leads commercial strategy, partnerships and business development. Richard works closely with advisers to understand their challenges and shape practical solutions. He is a regular contributor to the trade press and a frequent speaker at industry events, and he works with industry experts to give firms clear, useful insight and guidance.

Hayley Rabbets is an award-winning financial services professional and a leading voice on the future of financial planning; particularly how the profession can better attract, support and inspire the next generation. She heads up the Evergreen pathway at Calton; giving planners at all different stages a supportive home. Alongside this, she's a Non-Executive Director at Pilot, a fintech company building technology that helps save time, so there’s more capacity to give advice to more people.
