Simon Goldthorpe has a long career in financial planning and wealth management. He has held significant board positions within various financial firms, most recently: 2012 to Present Beaufort Group: Executive Chairman. The Beaufort Group was a network and created the DFM, Beaufort Investment Management, which later rebranded to YOU Asset Management. 2022 to present Finli Group. Chief Distribution Officer. In August 20222 Beaufort and YOU were acquired by a new vehicle, Solomon Capital Holdings, which subsequently became Finli Group, a national IFA business and DFM. Finli is backed by PE, J C Flowers. Finli Advice has circa 100 financial planners. The Group currently has AuA of in excess of £5bn and YOU manages £4bn+ through MAB funds and, to a lesser extent, MPS.
