Professional Adviser is delighted to announce the second annual New Talent Awards in partnership with Architas to celebrate the emerging talent in financial advice - recognising and identifying the sector's future leaders as well as shining the spotlight on the organisations and individuals that are helping develop and foster new talent in the industry.
Are you a new talent? Or do you work with someone who is a rising star within financial advice? Or perhaps there is someone in your midst who has been a role model or mentor to those who are beginning their career working within the advice sector?
If so, we are ready to celebrate their successes at the Professional Adviser New Talent Awards in partnership with Architas.
The awards are not about young versus old; they are about celebrating and recognising the achievements of those at the beginning of their career in the sector and championing the organisations that do the most to develop young talent in the industry.

The New Talent Awards are open to those working within the financial advice sector. The awards are not about young versus old; they are about celebrating the achievements of those at the beginning of their career in the sector and championing the organisations that do the most to develop young talent in the industry. To enter candidates must be either under 30 or have been working in the sector for less than 9 years, including time spent training and studying. Some categories are for celebrating individuals, and others for team achievements and each category has it's own special criteria.
