As the Chief People Officer at The Private Office, I oversee the people and development strategy, ensuring we have highly talented colleagues who are committed to advancing and executing the company's plans. I joined The Private Office in 2018, following seven years of running my own HR consultancy. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, I take great pleasure in advising individuals at various stages of their careers. Additionally, I serve as a Cii Mentor and a CIPD Steps Ahead Mentor and am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
