Ruth has been involved in operations at FMB for 18 years, following a previous career in teaching and school management. FMB was established by Ruth’s father in 1987 and is based in Cumbria with a team of 30. They have won numerous awards including PA “Best Advisers to Work For” 8 years in a row, as well as achieving B Corp certified status. Ruth is also an Entrepreneur in Residence at Lancaster University Management School, a trustee for a local charity and enjoys trail running and cooking.
