Andrew Surrey is responsible for the delivery of insight into, and market knowledge of, Vanguard’s low-cost active funds. He also develops messaging and presentations that build on Vanguard's research and thought leadership capabilities. Before joining Vanguard in April 2014, Andrew held senior management positions within wealth management, custodial and fund management groups. He has a BA in Politics and Economics from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
