Marcia Banner is a qualified graduate member of the Institute of Legal Executives with experience of working in both legal practice and the financial services industry. While Marcia specialises in wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, property tax and elderly client affairs; her financial services experience has given her an excellent and highly practical knowledge of a broad spectrum of personal taxation and life assurance matters. Prior to joining Technical Connection as a trust and tax consultant in 2012, Marcia held the position of Senior Trust Manager for Scottish Widows where she was responsible for the trust proposition and acted as their expert spokesperson on inheritance tax and trusts.
