POSITIVE CHANGE IN CHALLENGING TIMES
Times are challenging: headlines are dominated by geopolitical tensions, the pace of climate change, healthcare systems under pressure, and social inequalities. Against this backdrop how can equity investors help address these challenges whilst still making attractive long term investment returns? Furthermore, how can you measure whether investments are helping to address societal and environmental challenges? Find out how investing for positive change can mean profits and purpose go hand in hand.
By the end of this session, delegates will be able to:
- Understand how critical global challenges can be addressed in an equity portfolio context -
- Understand how companies can contribute toward solving these challenges alongside providing attractive investment returns -
- Understand how you can monitor and report on the contribution that companies are making to address these challenges
