With a career built across international markets, Ana works with small and medium-sized businesses, scale-ups, and financial services firms worldwide — helping leaders navigate complexity, build operational excellence, and unlock sustainable growth.

Ana also leads the Learning & Development of offshore support teams that service over 300 firms in Australia, UK and Europe. Ana is also the COO of Women of the World, a Women’s Coaching & Leadership Network.
