Richard is Managing Director at Collegiate Management Services Ltd (CMS) encompassing Collegiate Underwriting and Collegiate Claims. Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry. Prior to CMS Richard was an Financial Adviser and spent time at the Financial Ombudsman Services (FOS) before moving to the IFA compliance field working as both a compliance Officer and Complaints Manager for 2 national IFA firms. Since his appointment as MD of CMS in 2007 Richard has been fundamental in the transition of Collegiate as niche IFA underwriting agency successfully diversifying into Construction and general professions to become one of the UK’s largest MGA’s with over £100m GWP.
