Martha is a Managing Principal at Capco where she leads its Behavioural Science Practice and drives large transformation programmes in Financial Services. Martha’s professional experiences have also led her to focus on the people dimension of change, rather than just on the methodology and technology aspects. To achieve so, she designs behavioural interventions that can improve employees’ and clients’ decision-making and outcomes. Martha is currently pursuing an Executive MsC in Behavioural Science at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
