Mark became Chief Executive of Tenet Group in April 2019. Previously, he was CEO of Personal Group Holdings, the AIM-listed provider of employee and financial services to more than 2.2 million employees. The company has transformed itself into a digital business and widened its serviceable market from 6 million to all 32 million employees in the UK.

Mark was appointed CEO in December 2011. His career has focused on business growth. Mark’s previous roles include CEO of FMG Support (backed by Spirit Capital), Head of Global Development for BAE Systems and Divisional MD of Dyson, where he established and then led their Commercial division.

Mark gained a degree in Electronics from the University of Limerick in 1990, following which he spent time working for Schlumberger Industries and Viasystems.
