Kay Park is Associate Director of Change Delivery at The Private Office, where she leads IT, project, and development teams responsible for designing and implementing digital processes and software across the firm. She works closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver scalable, well-governed technology change that improves efficiency without compromising client service standards. Goldman Sachs Alternatives have recently become a minority shareholder in the Private Office following a period of significant growth.
