As our Distribution Director, Retail Annuities, Cecilia focuses on driving and delivering the business’ intermediary strategy. Maximising our product distribution in the retirement income market is an important part of that, but Cecilia also encourages her team to build partnerships and consultative relationships with advisers and firms. She wants to make sure they can both deliver value for their clients and grow their own businesses too, creating a true win/win proposition. Cecilia joined Legal & General through our Retirement Solutions business in 2018. She came in as its Strategic Partnerships Director, before moving to her current role in 2022. Her time with us builds on almost 20 years of financial services experience, at MetLife, BUPA and Liberty Life. With them she held a range of senior sales and marketing roles, developing a deep, practical sense of how businesses like ours work and exactly what intermediaries need from us. Cecilia has a postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning. During her rare free moments she enjoys hiking around her Hertfordshire home and beyond, usually with family members and always with her loyal schnauzer.
