Helen brings 30 years of leadership expertise to ensuring major technology projects deliver real value for colleagues and clients. At British Gas, she led the creation of British Gas Insurance, building a captive insurer from the ground up. Following senior roles at Inter Alliance and the London market insurer Markel, she joined Foster Denovo as Chief Operating Officer in 2012.

In her role, Helen oversees the day-to-day running of the business while leading both operational and technology teams. She is at the heart of change management, ensuring advisers and employees embrace new ways of working by coaching and supporting senior leaders through transition. She is also passionate about talent development, creating opportunities for individuals to grow their careers as the business evolves.
