Alan joined the Aberdeen Standard Capital business development team in April 2014 after spending over seven years as an account manager at Standard Life. Prior to this, Alan spent seven years at Scottish Life as a consultant working directly with financial intermediaries. With 20 years' experience dealing exclusively through the financial intermediary channel, Alan has a real understanding and appreciation of the financial planning sector. He holds a diploma in financial planning, is a director of a local charity and sits on their management committee.
